Saddle fit

I am on the hunt for a new saddle. Preferably one that will fit both of them. Jackie is about 23 years old, 13.2hh and about 1000 pounds. Allison will be 3 years old the end of April, currently about 15hh and about 1050 pounds. Her mother is a Belgian mare and her father is a large standard jack. She should get about 16hh. The saddle I currently have is not that great. My leather guy says it a Buffalo. All I know is it is VERY wide. Measured at the conchos it is about 7.5" wide on the inside of the leather. I am not riding in it now, and when I did, I always built the front up with felt.
